Steep Creek Wildlife Viewing Site
A network of trails that alternates between being on the ground and over the ground on elevated walkways, the trail provides opportunities to watch spawning fish under the walkway and the bears that come to Steep Creek to feed on them. Steinacher Creek Path
This short access to a pretty glade along Steinacher Creek starts at the end of the stub of the Steinacher Creek Road. It initially follows the route of the fully decommissioned Steinacher Creek Road, then descends into the ravine of the creek. Expect abundant poison oak. The condition was fair as of summer 2015, with few obstacles. (Updated June 2016.)

Built in 1947, Steliko Lookout is one of three remaining lookouts on the Entiat Ranger District. It is an L-4 cab built on a 10 ft. tower located at the top of Steliko Point and offers fantastic views of the Entiat Valley, the little town of Ardenvoir below and a stellar opportunity for stargazing.

Stemp Springs Snowmobile Parking Lot
The Stemp Springs Snowmobile Parking lot provides access to snowmobile trails in the Sierra Madre Range. The parking lot is located on Hwy 70 on the western side of the Sierra Madre Range. This parking lot is available year-round for public use. It is managed by the Brush Creek/Hayden Ranger District.
