Ferron Canyon Overlook
Ferron Canyon Overlook is a quiet, treed area where you can look out over Ferron Canyon and Millsite Reservoir to the east. The parking area is covered with pinyon-juniper and, although there are no amenities here, there is plenty of shade. The overlook is at ~8200' elevation.

The Fiddlers Lake Campground has 20 campsites on the shores of a scenic mountain lake. There are trails leading into the Popo Agie Wilderness and also south to nearby lakes. Fillmore Ranger District
The Fillmore Ranger District encompasses the north west portion of the Forest. The Pahvant Range dominates the east side of the district, with the Canyon Mountains to the east of Interstate 15.
