Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness

Lake Chinnabee Recreation Area

Lake Como Beach Swimming Site

A unique opportunity in Montana! This swimming area and beach is located on Lake Como and hosts sand, picnic tables, accessible restroom and dressing facilities, paved parking, and garbage service. The beach is popular during the summer months when the lake is full, usually until August.

Lake Como National Recreation Trailhead

Lake Como National Recreation Trailhead is located near the the Lake Como upper campground. The first 1/4 mile of this trail is paved and has interpretive signs relating to vegetation and the role of fire in the area.  The trail is a 7 mile loop trail around Lake Como.

Lake Conasauga Overflow Campground

This 6 site camping area is in a different part of the recreation area.  Each campsite is equipped with tent pad and picnic table. Vault toilet available; no water.  Campers may drive to the boat ramp to access the lake.

Lake Conasauga Picnic and Swim Site

Lake Creek is in a beautiful mountain setting.  Hiking is similar to that of Clearwater River.

Lake Creek Campground

18 campsites along the Entiat River at 2,200 feet elevation. 9 of the sites are available for reservation at recreation.gov Water, vault toilets & garbage service. Maximum trailer length 25 feet.  28 miles up the Entiat River Road from Highway 97A.

Lake Creek Campground

Lake Creek Campground is a small, shaded campground with abundant trees. There are 11 campsites, with some streamside sites. Nearby trails that access the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness from the Rainbow Trail #1336 include North Brush Trail #1356 and South Brush Trail #1355. All dates are weather dependent. All services may not be available early or late in the season.

Lake Creek Campground

The Lake Creek Campground is located approximately 32 miles southwest of Libby off the West Fisher road. The campground has 4 sites all with tent pads, tables and fire rings and able to accommodate up to a 32' rv. There are also 4 dispersed campsites. Campground roads and parking spurs are gravel or native material. Amenities include potable water and vault toilets.

Lake Creek Campground - Little Wenatchee River

Closed due to Irving Peak fire Located along the Little Wenatchee River, 11 miles from Lake Wenatchee.

Lake Creek Camping Area

Dispersed camping areas adjacent to Lake Creek are scattered along National Forest Road #246. Vault toilet, fire rings and some tables available. Popular with ATV users and stock users. Located near the Burgdorf Hot springs. Many trails are located nearby.  This area typically has warm days, but cool nights - bring appropriate gear.

Lake Creek Trailhead

This trailhead serves Lake Creek Trail #204 leading to Fish Lake in the Gospel-Hump Wilderness and beyond. It features dispersed campsites with a toilet and hitching rack. Motorized access past the trailhead is extremely rough and ATVs are recommended.

Lake Creek Trailhead & Campground

This area has four camping units in an open sage brush area adjacent to Lake Creek with one vault toilet. Hitching rails and loading ramp are available outside of the campground.  Horses are not allowed in the campground. Drinking water is available during the summer months. Nearby attractions are the Lake Creek ATV trail, Green Lake Trail, and Muldoon Canyon.
