Section Corner Trailhead

Access to this trailhead requires a high clearance, 4-wheel drive vehicle.  This trail takes you to Section Corner Lake and Trapper Lake within the Bridger Wilderness.  This trail does travel through the 2008 New Fork Fire, so be prepared for downed trees and little shade.

Sedona Area OHV Routes

Eleven different OHV routes are highlighted within the Sedona area of the Red Rock Ranger District, ranging from Easy (dirt forest road) to Extreme Difficulty (4-wheel drive and high clearance necessary). No operating a motor vehicle off an open and authorized road. Please respect neighborhoods when passing through, by obeying speed limits and minimizing noise.

Seeley Lake Campground is located on the western shore of Seeley Lake, a glacial-formed lake situated in a valley between the Swan and Mission mountain ranges. Seeley Lake Wildlife Viewing Blind

An easy walk to the viewing blind takes you through old-growth western larch and spruce where you may see birds and mammals in forested and riparian habitats. The viewing blind is located at the edge of a marsh where migrating waterfowl stop in early spring. This blind is along the hiking trail that serves as the return path for the Clearwater Canoe Trail. An interpretive sign is available at the site.

Seely Creek Guard Station

Seely Creek Guard Station is located near the top of the Wasatch Plateau, approximately 16.3 miles southeast of Ephraim, UT. Seely Point Fishing Site

Small fishing area across from the Joes Valley Marina and the Joes Valley Boat Ramp that offers lake and stream fishing.  Like the marina, the fishing site is located in a protected cove of the reservoir.  There are no amenities here and there is no shade, so come prepared.

Seepage Mountain

There are no developed recreation sites in this part of the forest.

This body of water is part of the Bear drainage.

Selkirk Campground

Selkirk Campground is located eight miles north of Como off County Road 50 and County Road 33. It has 15 campsites with a maximum trailer length of 25 feet. Facilities include toilets, tables, and fire rings, but no trash services. The elevation is 10,500 feet.

Selway Falls Campground

The Selway Falls Campground has 7 campsites along Meadow Creek. Boat put-in below the Selway Falls to float to Lowell. The Wild and Scenic section of the Selway River contains Class IV rapids and runs from Paradise Campground to Selway Falls.  The Campground will accomodate RV's less than 30-ft. length.
