Siria Campground
Located in the Rock Creek drainage, this campground is adjacent to Rock Creek, situated within an old growth ponderosa pine forest. This area is known for its blue ribbon trout stream and rugged canyon environment. The campground is open year-round, weather dependent. There are no amenities from October through April.
Sischo Bayou
This site gives paddlers access to a section of the White River that is primarily federal ownership. The canoe access is carry-in and there are steps leading down to the river. The forest surrounding the site is oak, pine and aspen with a few open areas, potentially making this a good location for seeing wildlife.
Siskiyou Crest Route (Forest Road 20)
The Siskiyou Crest Bike Route begins at the Mt. Ashland Ski Area parking lot (elevation 6,600 feet) and follows Forest Road 20 (unpaved) for 14 miles along the crest of the Siskiyou Mountains to Jackson Gap.
