The Transportation Analysis Process (TAP) analysis is designed to provide decision-makers with information to develop a safe road and motorized trail system, determined by Forest Plan objectives, that is responsive to public needs and desires, affordable and efficiently managed with negative ecological effects on the land, and in balance with available funding for needed management actions.
